The Association

Welcome to Princeton Corners!  Your decision to select Princeton Corners Subdivision as your new neighborhood is a wise one. Among the advantages of selecting our neighborhood you will be pleased to find many amenities.

Princeton Corners

Our school system has been recognized as one of the best, with Walton High School one of the top high schools in the country. In addition, we are within minutes of The Avenue, Merchants Walk and other convenient shopping centers.

We are a Cotton States swim and tennis development centrally located between Johnson Ferry Road and Interstate I-75. Princeton Corners is made up of 125 homes. Built in three phases starting in 1986, our homes are built on large private lots with mature trees and landscaping.

In 1998 Princeon Corners converted to a permanent membership association. This was an exciting change for us! Permanent membership allows the Board to plan long term. Long-term planning insures a positive future for architectural, pool, landscaping and tennis. The permanent membership helps to bolster real estate value and, equally important, a sense of pride for all homeowners.

We have very involved homeowners. There are a variety of social activities for kids and adults alike. The pool season runs from the end of May through the beginning of September. With tennis being a very active sport in Atlanta, our neighborhood has formed several ALTA teams.

With excellent schools, shopping, nice neighborhood and commute options the decision to move in and stay is easy!  If you have any questions please feel free to give any other members or me a call.

Sincerely,
Mork
